In Le Marais on Rue des Haudriettes, the bar is split across two levels, one Art Nouveau bright, the other darker and more modern. Co founded by bartender Rémy Savage with Sara and Hadrien Moudoulaud and Marc Puzzuoli, it keeps a short, rotating cocktail menu that rewards curiosity.
